Grapes are handpicked when they are mature. During the vinification process grapes are carefully sorted to keep aromas and the specificity of the terroir.Then, the vinification and the maturing process occurs in secular oak barrels. |

A fresh fine wine with delicate flavors. On the nose, aromas of white flowers (acacia), citrus (lime and grape fruit). The palate is dynamic, fruity and well balanced. Straight forward wine that has a refreshing acidity.
