| Tasting tips |
Color: Pinot Blanc is not too sticky but clear and shinny. Its colour is pale gold with a touch of green. It is a still wine.
Scent: First Pinot Blanc is a clean wine with primary aromas such as mint aromas. With aeration vegetal aromas come out.It is a great and surprising wine.
Mouth At first it seems to be a fresh and clean wine with medium acidity. With its high length in mouth, Pinot Blanc must be served chilled with goose or duck lever as well as mixed salads or ham.
